Beechwood Massage Brush

Dry brushing has been a part of Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese medicine long before its current popularity. Dry brush massaging stimulates the lymphatic system, which helps to detoxify the body. As a pre-shower routine, it removes dead skin cells and boosts blood circulation. Simply brush the natural bristles along the skin in the direction of the heart. Use it on arms, legs, and back, starting at the extremities and moving toward the heart. Avoid using it on sensitive or irritated skin. 

Care Instructions
Rinse with warm water as needed.  Allow to air dry.
